Who runs Royal Reels Watch
Royal Reels Watch is a small research desk that monitors one brand, Royal Reels, and reports what regulators, licence registers, review databases and public player platforms show about it. The research, the checking and the writing are done by the desk, which writes as “we” throughout the site.
The named author and reviewer is Justin Moore. He proofread the research and analysis behind this site, and confirmed that the findings broadly match his own experience as a player. His own words appear only as verbatim quotes from his public reviews, kept separate from the desk’s checks.
We cover one brand only, because one brand can be checked properly: the same registers, the same regulator records, the same complaint platforms, on a set schedule. The site-wide last checked date and the last materially updated date are shown on the pages themselves, and how we arrive at them is set out in our methodology.
Our independence from the casino
Independent monitoring of Royal Reels. Not affiliated with, endorsed by or paid by Royal Reels or its operator.
We have no commercial relationship of any kind with the brand, with the operator named by ACMA in its formal warning of 14 June 2023, or with any of the sister brands recorded in our research. We have never been paid, offered payment, or given access or material by the operator.
We do not publish affiliate links, tracking links, casino advertising or bonus codes, and we do not accept paid placements, sponsored sections or guest posts from gambling businesses or their affiliates.
What we will not link to
This site never promotes, links to or explains how to reach Royal Reels. Under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001, online casino games and online pokies cannot legally be offered to people in Australia, and advertising or helping people access a prohibited service is an offence.
That rule applies to three groups of addresses:
| What we never link to or write out | Why |
|---|---|
| Any Royal Reels or Reef Reels casino domain, including numbered mirrors | Linking or signposting would help people reach a prohibited service |
| The operator’s own websites | Same reason |
| Affiliate sites that link to the casino | They route readers to the same services |
Where mirror sites matter to a finding, we name them only by number, for example mirror no. 21, and we never say which number works now. Our own address, royalreelswatch.com, is not affected by that list.
We also avoid verdict words. We report what regulators recorded, what registers show, what databases claim and what players said, and we keep those four things apart.
Funding and commercial relationships
Funding details will be published here.
Until they are, readers should know what is already settled: no affiliate income from this brand or any other gambling operator, no casino advertising, and no payment, gift or consideration from Royal Reels, its operator or its affiliates. If that ever changes, we will say so on this page before anything else changes on the site.
The author’s role and disclosure
Justin Moore is a Royal Reels customer from Australia who has written about his experience on Trustpilot. He reviews the findings on Royal Reels Watch before they are published. He agreed to be named as author and reviewer, confirmed by the site owner on 8 October 2026.
Justin is not paid for his work on this site. He reviews the findings on his own initiative. His customer experience is his own and is never used as evidence for a finding; findings rest on the records and sources listed on each page.
One example of his own words, published on Trustpilot on 28 November 2025: “So I’ve spent thousands on royal reels and I always have trouble with customer support.” (Justin Moore’s review on Trustpilot, 28 November 2025). More of his quotes, with dates and links, are on his author page.
Corrections, evidence and right of reply
We publish a dated status for every topic, and we correct the record when something is wrong or out of date. Our standards for sourcing, for right of reply and for corrections are set out in the editorial policy.
If you can show that something here is inaccurate, or you want to send evidence or a statement, use the contact and evidence page or write to [email protected]. The operator is welcome to respond through the same channel.
Nothing on this site is legal or financial advice. ACMA says Australian law cannot help players recover money held by an offshore casino. If gambling is causing you harm, Gambling Help Online offers free, confidential support 24/7 on 1800 858 858, by chat and by email at gamblinghelponline.org.au.
