Editorial policy and corrections at Royal Reels Watch

Royal Reels Watch is run independently of Royal Reels and its operator, with no advertising or affiliate links to the brand. This page sets out our sourcing order, how claims are labelled, the operator's right of reply and how corrections are made.

What this policy covers

Royal Reels Watch is an independent monitoring site about one brand. This editorial policy sets out how we decide what to publish, how we handle sources and quotes, how the operator can respond, and how we fix mistakes. It sits alongside our research method and the ownership details on our about and independence page.

Independence

Independent monitoring of Royal Reels. Not affiliated with, endorsed by or paid by Royal Reels or its operator.

We do not accept payment, free play, bonuses or gifts from the brand, from Digibrite S.R.L. (the company named by ACMA in its formal warning dated 14 June 2023) or from anyone acting for them. Our named author and reviewer, Justin Moore, is not paid for his work on this site and reviews the findings on his own initiative; his role is set out on his author page.

No promotion, no access help

We inform, we do not promote. This site carries no affiliate links, no casino advertising, no bonus codes and no sign-up steps.

We never link to a Royal Reels or Reef Reels casino domain, including numbered mirrors, nor to the operator’s own websites, nor to affiliate sites that link to the casino. Online casino games and online pokies cannot legally be offered to people in Australia under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001, and advertising or helping people reach a prohibited service is an offence, so we do not explain how to reach the casino. Mirror domains are referred to by number only, for example mirror no. 21, and we never say which number is reachable at any time.

Bonus terms are written up as conditions and risks, never as offers. Nothing we publish is legal or financial advice.

Sourcing

We put regulators, licence registers and legislation first, then review databases, then player platforms. Every claim on a topic page carries its source, the date of the information and a status label.

Type of materialHow we present it
Official records (ACMA, PAGCOR, Curacao Gaming Authority, legislation, government bodies)Stated as fact, with the date of the record
Review databases (for example Casino.guru, AskGamblers, LCB)Attributed to the database, never presented as the casino’s own published terms
Player reports (Trustpilot, Casino.guru complaints, AskGamblers, Reddit, LCB)What one player said on a public platform, quoted word for word
Estimates and modelled data (for example traffic tools, our own search counts)Labelled as an estimate or as our own count

Where sources disagree, we show every version with its source rather than choosing one silently. Where no register we checked lists an approved Royal Reels website, we say so and make clear that terms quoted on this site come from third-party databases, so the actual terms may differ.

We link a source only where that source allows it and we hold its exact URL. Otherwise we name the publisher and title in plain text. We do not shorten, reconstruct or invent a URL.

Player quotes

We quote players verbatim, including their spelling, and we give the platform and the date. We never print usernames or name private individuals.

A quote is one person’s account, not a proven fact and not a picture of what every customer experiences. We include positive, mixed and negative reports. Where we have only seen a post in a search index and have not opened the thread, we say so beside the quote.

Language we avoid

We do not use words such as scam, fraud, rogue or rigged as our own description of the brand or its operator, and we do not call anything safe, trusted or legit in our own voice. Those words appear only inside a verbatim quote, in a source’s own wording attributed to that source, or in a reader’s search question used as a heading.

Right of reply

Royal Reels, Digibrite S.R.L. and anyone acting for them may respond to anything we publish. No response from the operator is on record.

Send a statement through our contact and evidence page or to [email protected]. If we receive one, we will publish it or summarise it fairly on the page it concerns, with its date, and we will say where it contradicts what we found. A response does not buy a change to the findings; evidence does.

Corrections

If we get something wrong, we correct it and say so. Readers, researchers and the operator can all submit corrections through the contact page.

We aim to review every correction request, check it against the original source, and update the page with a dated note describing what changed. Where a correction would change a conclusion, we also change the status label on that finding.

Updates and freshness

Each page shows when we last checked it and when the facts last materially changed. These are two different things: a page can be checked with nothing new to report.

The site-wide last check and last material update are both 6 October 2026. Withdrawals, bonuses, account restrictions, complaints and domains are rechecked weekly; legal status, licence and ownership, games and fairness, player protection and transparency are rechecked monthly. A monthly summary is published at the start of each cycle, with the next one due in November 2026.

Readers in difficulty

We do not help anyone recover money, and we do not promise that anyone can. ACMA says Australian law cannot help players recover money held by an offshore casino.

If gambling is causing harm, Gambling Help Online offers free, confidential support 24/7 on 1800 858 858, by chat and by email at gamblinghelponline.org.au. The rest of what applies, and what does not, is set out on our player protection page.
