What this page is for
This page is how to reach the Royal Reels Watch research desk. Write to [email protected].
We use the inbox for three things: corrections to something we have published, evidence that adds to or contradicts a finding, and right-of-reply statements from Digibrite S.R.L., the company ACMA named in its formal warning of 14 June 2023, or from anyone acting for the brand.
What to send
The more specific a message is, the faster we can check it. A useful message usually includes:
| What to include | Why we ask |
|---|---|
| The page and the exact sentence | So we can find the claim and recheck its source |
| What you believe is wrong, and what is correct | So the correction can be verified, not just asserted |
| Dates on your documents or screenshots | Our findings carry an as-of date and a last-checked date; undated material is hard to place |
| A source we can open, if you have one | Regulator records, register entries and public platform pages carry the most weight |
| Whether we may publish any part of it | We treat everything as private by default |
Please do not send passwords, full card numbers, or the login details of any account. We do not need them and we do not want them.
How we handle evidence
Evidence sent to us is kept private. We do not publish a document, a screenshot, a name or an email address without the sender’s clear consent, and we never print usernames from player platforms.
If a message leads to a change on the site, we update the page and record the change with its date. If a message does not change a finding, the finding stays as it is, with the status label it already carries.
We aim to acknowledge messages within five business days, and to finish checking a substantial correction within a further ten. These are targets, not guarantees. A single research desk cannot always move at the speed of a dispute.
Right of reply
No response from the operator is recorded in our knowledge base for any of our investigations. The invitation stands: a dated written statement from the operator, or from someone authorised to speak for it, will be published alongside the finding it addresses, in full where length allows.
We do not accept payment, advertising or affiliate arrangements in exchange for coverage, and a reply is not a negotiation about whether a finding appears. Our editorial policy sets out how corrections and replies are handled.
What we cannot do
We cannot recover money, mediate a dispute or act as a complaints service. ACMA says Australian law cannot help if an illegal offshore site withholds winnings, and GambleAware NSW warns there is no way to recover lost money (Verified, as of August 2023, last checked 6 October 2026; see ACMA, Illegal offshore gambling websites blocked, and GambleAware NSW, Illegal overseas gambling websites).
That matters here because it sets the limit of what any watchdog site, including this one, can offer a player who is out of pocket. Nothing we publish and nothing we write back to you is legal or financial advice.
We also do not pass messages to the casino, and we never publish, link to or explain how to reach it. For how far Australian protections do and do not reach, see our player protection check.
If you are out of pocket or struggling
If gambling is causing you harm, or you are chasing money you believe you are owed, these services can help now:
- Gambling Help Online — free, confidential support 24/7 by phone, chat and email, on 1800 858 858: gamblinghelponline.org.au
- BetStop, the National Self-Exclusion Register — covers licensed Australian online and phone providers only, not offshore casinos: betstop.gov.au
- ACMA interactive gambling complaint form — to report an illegal gambling website: acma.gov.au/interactive-gambling-complaint-form
Reporting a site to ACMA is separate from writing to us. If you want both, do both; we cannot lodge a report on your behalf.
